رفع خطای the terminal process terminated with exit code 4294901760

به هنگام کار با vs codeبه هنگام اجرای new terminal  خطای the terminal process terminated with exit code 4294901760 می دهد. Vscode را uninstallهم کردم درست نشد. چه کنم؟ چکار کنم؟
