php artisan در ترمینال با خطا مواجه میشود

موقع استفاده از دستور

php artisan

 به هر شکلی حتی برای ران کردن ئروژه با این خطا مواجه میشم

 

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class "Illuminate\Foundation\Application" not found in C:\laragon\www\plib\bootstrap\app.php:14

 

خیلی سرچ کردم راهکارهایی که گفته شده بود انجام دادم باز خطا وجود داره

 

ممنون میشم بگین چرا این خطا ئیش میاد و چطور میتونم برطرفش کنم

قبل استفاده از این دستور تنها دستور داده شده و خطای مطرح شده این بود:
